It's all snowy out, and while I love snow, I don't love clearing off my car, so I'm pretty much stuck inside til I stop being lazy >.<

Normally this wouldn't be so much of an issue, but today is patch day in WoW, which means I can't play til one at the earliest >.<

I'm excited about the new content, but I don't like waiting on server maintenance

I wanna bake or something, but I has no ingredients for baking, so I must either clean off my car or walk to Dahls, neither of which I particularly want to do :(

Already gone through a good number of my Movies in the past few days too, so can't even distract myself that way.

Today is teh B-day, I am 24, and as I say every year, I feel old :P

may be moving soon-ish, looking for a condo/townhouse to call my own, which is pretty cool, though I do love my apartment.
All the places I'm looking at are 2 bedroom though, which means I'll have a guest room, so ya'll will have to come and visit me and not sleep on a couch =D

Got Star Trek on dvd at costco, and I'm doing my usual thing of watching it too much, makes good background noise.

Need to work on sewing, but have had little to no motivation of late, prolly too much WOW that's sucking my will to live, lol, I'm currently focusing on my Troll Priest alt, and it's too much fun, she's level 65 and kills stuff so fast, but she's gonna be a healer when she's all grown up and level 80

Got 3 panals done on the Papagena corset today, only 5 more to go! ( 4 of the 5 are of course the ones that're gonna be a bitch to mark)

need to hunt down tulle so I can start on the skirt... finding tulle in good greens is surprisingly difficult

want to get started on Matsumoto stuffs too, but must hunt down my Hakama pattern/aquire fabrics first, could prolly make the shitagi outta muslin (which I have tons of) but I kinda want to be adventurous and use something nicer, like Kona cotton or something, muslin is too thin and kinda dingy lookin'. Might run out to Joann or Hancock in a bit since I also need a new light bulb for my sewing machine, I swear that thing goes through lightbulbs like I go through a chocolate cake.
mmmm....cake.....

Hanging out with other costumers has gotten me all revved up, lol, just hope I've enough money to get what I need...

Tis over, alas, had much much funs, got to help out with the masquerade and see some awesome and some loltastic costumes.
 Got to hang out with johinnabara 's adorable new kitty too, sweetest cat EVER, we've decided she's part tribble.
Getting all excited for Costume Con too, even if it is months and months away. might make my self some Victorian stuffs for the halls, which would require me ordering a new corset pattern, along with some other stuffs.
Need new Victorian undies though, corset included >.>

Need to not neglect this thing...

Had to restart the Papagena corset because I caught a case of the dumbs. thankfully I have enough silk, had to buy more canvas though >.<  might have to not self-bind it though :(
I have some gold silk that'll work for binding in a pinch (if I can find it ^^;;;)

Still planning to go to Geek Kon provided I still have the offer of somewhere to crash *tries her best to look like a quiet and polite house guest*  I'll need directions on how to get there though, as I have no earthly clue how to get around anywhere but DM or the Cities

Need to start exercising, but I hates it. (looks shiftily at DDR stuffs)

Papagena corset is pissing me off, reminds me once again why I shouldn't listen to pattern instructions and just use basic shapes.
I've got the boning channes sewn on 2 panels, only 6 more to go! ugh. and the boning channel layouts the pattern give make NO sense whatsoever so I have to improvise I swear I don't remember boning channels sucking this much before, but I guess they do. bleh

might take a break from Papagena and work on something else, something with ZERO boning channels, like a quilt, or something no-sew made for fleece (lol)

found the perfect taffeta for the Papagena corset at SR Harris, is so so so so so pretty

got a ton of other fabrics too, the prettiest pink coat weight wool for a new coat for me, and some awesome wools for pants, plus some pretty brown wool for a new ren faire dress for me, then a ton of stuff for my mom, lol

Gonna work work work on the corset today! even though costume con is a long way off, I'd rather get this done soon-ish and have lots of time for little details then than be working up to the last minute.

it's my dad's birthday tomorrow, my mom and I got him a drill, even though he uses his like, twice a year, he still wanted a new one so... *shrugs* maybe I could use that same logic to get an embroidery machine.....
then on Thursday we're going to the state fair, because it's Iowa, and state fair attendance is mandetory for all citizens. I can't wait to laugh at the ugly stuff in the sewing exhibit =D I am such a brat sometimes, but seriously ugly stuff wins prizes there.....

then friday is SR Harris!!! =D I'm gonna get so much fabric, I need stuff for the Papagena corset, and a coat I'm making myself, and a new ren faire dress, and some stuff for my mom too. plus I'm just going to collect some random wool just 'cause I can.
Oh and the shirt pattern I was trying to prove wrong? Fits AWESOME in the bust *shakes first at Simplicity patterns* damn you, now I have no excuse not to have button down shirts. other than laziness in making them at least
